Between 50 and 60 youngsters participated in the annual Montpelier Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 23. The weather was beautiful and the eggs plentiful!
The Easter Bunny even showed up with goody bags for all. (It was rumored that he was dropped from a hovering helicopter!)
Participants not only searched for eggs but hopped their way across the field in bunny hop races. They also guessed the amounts of jelly beans, marshmallow bunnies and robin’s eggs in containers to win small prizes.
