This year we are going to have a Halloween house decorating contest in Montpelier.
The 3 best-decorated houses will win prizes ($25 gift card) and bragging rights!
Judging will take place on Thursday, Oct 29th and Friday, Oct 30th.
Winners will be announced on Halloween.
