Each year, Montpelier residents pay a community assessment to cover the costs of maintaining and protecting the community’s common areas (i.e., the swimming pool, tennis courts and other facilities). This year’s annual assessment is $275 per household and is due March 1, 2012. Assessments received by March 31, 2012 will receive a free pool pass.*

* This pool pass is kept on file at the pool, is non-transferable, and expires at the end of the 2012 season.

I hope our members find this list useful. One clarification though–Assessments are due March 1, 2011, but they are not considered late until April 1, 2011. Members paying their assessment before April 1 will earn the “Bonus Guest Pass.” This pass will be kept at the pool–they are not mailed to members.
